Kayi was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2026. She joined Codan in 2007 and prior to this appointment served as Deputy CFO and held a range of senior finance roles across the Group, including Group Financial Controller and responsibility for Investor Relations.
As CFO, Kayi leads the Group Finance team and is responsible for Codan’s financial operations, including financial and statutory reporting, treasury and capital management, risk management and internal controls.
Kayi holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kayi has also completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
